Returns & Exchanges

All of our Morvoren orders are hand packaged with care, and although we hope you fall in love with your swimwear from the minute you receive it, we do understand that you might need to return or exchange the item. If this is the case, please follow our policy below.

Returns Policy -

You have 30 days from the day that you purchased the swimwear to send it back to us as a return. All items must be returned in the *new* original condition with tags and hygienic liners intact and still attached. Please fold your return items with care and package them securely as received.

Please try on all products with underwear on, as we do not accept swimwear that has been stained. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, stained, washed or altered in any way.

Exchanges -

We are an independent brand with low minimum order quantities, which can lead to pieces selling out quickly without the possibility of restocks. Please ensure you check our fit guide and product descriptions before you place an order to limit the chance of an exchange.

We only accept swimwear exchanges related to product sizing & colour-way. You have 30 days from the day that you purchased the swimwear to send it back to us as an exchange. The new order will only be issued once we receive back, check and approve your current swimwear order.

Returns Fees -

  • We are not responsible for refunding any delivery charges upon returning swimwear. It is the customers' duty to handle returns fee unless otherwise stated.

Please Note -

  • Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be exchanged.
  • Please obtain a tracking number with your return/exchange to ensure proof of delivery.
  • All discounted and last chance to buy items are final sale and non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
  • We are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit.

What to do if you experience any issues with your swimwear - We are positive you’ll love your Morvoren Collective swimwear however if you have any issues with your garments we will resolve this quickly, please get in touch with the team via our email.
